In spite of it growing of this slope of BTT that is not even XC nor DH, it began when the necessity was appearing of a walk getting organized to the measure of this slope! It was what it happened last Saturday (May 16) in the Mountain range of Sintra in that of the best, or even the best, local one for the practice of the All-Mountain in Portugal. They were 50 madmen, everything personal one of more porreiro than exists! I went already to many "normal" walks but the familiarity that there exists does not bring near to the heels of the familiarity with this gang completely 5 stars! Here it had not pressas of the first one was reaching the mark! Here what was counting was the amusement in the descents, to see others going down and ordering small tumbles, laughing, coexisting … finally … in spite of spending almost so much time stopped how to floor, the motionless times were so good like the moment in which we were pedaling! Foram 50 malucos, tudo pessoal do mais porreiro que existe! Já fui a muitos passeios “normais” mas o convívio que lá existe não chega aos calcanhares do convívio com esta malta toda 5 estrelas! Aqui não houve pressas de ser o primeiro a chegar à meta! Aqui o que contava era a diversão nas descidas, ver os outros a descer e a mandar pequenos tombos, rir, conviver…enfim… apesar de passarmos quase tanto tempo parados como a andar, os tempos parados foram tão bons como o momento em que pedalávamos!

After the long initial rise (5 Km) with 350 meters of vertical unevenness, there the descents began it seriously!! There were so many singletracks, so many descents, that I lost the count how many were! Since they must make calculations, in the middle of the adrenalin of the descent neither time ago, nor will to take away photos, because the photos taken away in the end of the descents do not report not even 5 % of the difficulty, adrenalin and quality of the rails! Como devem calcular, no meio da adrenalina da descida não há tempo nem vontade para tirar fotos, pelo que as fotos tiradas no final das descidas não relatam nem 5% da dificuldade, adrenalina e qualidade dos trilhos!

Descents done in an involving environment surreal, lindíssimo! Here be ours great friendly Landmark that did 400Km of Oporto to come to the walk! A guy to the way! Um gajo à maneira!

Already almost at 3h of the afternoon we bring near to the end of this magnificent walk … a great embrace to an organizer of this turn, and to his group … here he is going down a few escadinhas to all the gas!

After a whole morning and the beginning of afternoon to walk of bike, nothing good than to start the end of afternoon in the Mountain range of the Help to try a trace of the cup of Downhill … very crazy! Here there are some photos of the trace of DH … I doing an amusing wallride:
