Here I leave a video to compare the difference of the shock absorber of spring Manitou Swinger X4 Coil for a shock absorber of "normal" air. In this case it was an AFR shock, but the effect is similar with my ancient X-Fusion O2R.

The spring Swinger is much more active and sensitive than a shock absorber of normal air. Now the descents are much more gentle and controlled, without so many saliences. And the most curious thing, the fact is that the Swinger to be risen does not pump, because I am quite satisfied with him. Like the only disadvantage, only the fact of the shock absorber to weigh 450gramas + 400gramas for the spring. But cost well the sacrifice of the weight face to the added performance! E o mais curioso, é que o Swinger a subir não bombeia, pelo que estou bastante satisfeito com ele. Como única desvantagem, apenas o facto do amortecedor pesar 450gramas + 400gramas para a mola. Mas vale bem o sacrifício do peso face à performance acrescida!
